We are confident you will love our products, but in the event that you are not satisfied…

Select Foam offers a 90 day trial period on all mattresses and toppers. This free trial period is not applicable to pillows, bed frames, or massage features as these are smaller, more personal items. This is effective from the date of shipment. Payment will be made as soon as a shipment is made. A return may be made for any reason, and a full refund will be given unless (a) mattress is damaged beyond normal use expectations, (b) mattress is stained, or (c) mattress is not shipped back to Select Foam within 90 day trial period. Refund will be given within ten business days of Select Foam receiving the product back. The refund will be given in the same manner that the payment was made in.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs of the unwanted product to Select Foam. This does not apply to orders that arrive damaged. If there is a question as to whether the product will be accepted back by Select Foam (i.e. mattress is slightly stained) first contact us and we will be able to answer your questions. If the customer would like Select Foam to handle the pickup of the mattress for the customer, with the costs coming out of the original payment for the mattress, please send an email to Claims@SelectFoam.com.
