All that we ask is that you sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days; long enough for your body to fully adjust to a new sleep surface.

Tempur-Pedic Exchange

Many Select Foam customers were originally in the market for a Tempur-Pedic mattress, but decided to go with Select Foam (site unseen, due to the cost savings and likeness). Tempur-Pedic prices are set in stone—nationwide—by the company, and are non-negotiable. Generally speaking, Tempur-Pedic prices are twice what Select Foam charges.  98% of the time customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if any Select Foam customer decides they’d rather have the Tempur-Pedic mattress that corresponds to their Select Foam Mattress, we will make the exchange and cover all transportation costs. The customer is liable for the additional amount.

For Example: Customer buys a King Select Foam Regalis-HD for $1799 and decides to return it for a King RhapsodyBed.

This free trial period is not applicable to pillows, bed frames, foundations, or massage features as these are smaller, more personal items. A return may be made for any reason, and a full refund will be given unless the mattress is damaged or stained beyond normal use expectations, The Mattress must be opened and used for at least 30 days, as this is a trial period. The trial start time is from the date of order placement. You must give us sufficient notice to coordinate shipping (5 business days is a good measure) and receive the mattress back within the 90 day free trial period.  Refund will be given within ten business days of Select Foam receiving the product back.  Adjustable beds that are returned will incur a 10-15% restocking fee, depending on size.  Your refund will be given in the same manner that the payment was made in.  Any order refused at delivery will incur a restocking fee to cover the shipping expenses.
