Q. Which products are returnable?
Mattresses and toppers are under a 90-day free trial period and can be returned at any time during this period. Pillows, bed frames, and massage features are under warranty but not returnable as they are smaller, more personal items.
Q. How does the free trial work?
A. Select Foam will bill your credit card upon shipment of the item. If you decide that you don't want the item within 90 days of purchasing the product you may send it back to us for a full refund. If the item is not abnormally damaged or soiled, your money will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving your order back.
Q. How long will shipping take?
A. Generally, we ship orders within 3 days of receiving payment, and the customer receives the order in 5-10 business days after placing the order.
Q. Will I be able to track my order?
A. Yes, we will send you the tracking information.
Q. What if it arrives damaged?
A. Let the delivery truck driver know, and we will have no problem sending you a new one.
Q. What does 5.3 pound memory foam mean?
A. 5.3lb is the weight of one cubic foot of our memory foam. Other manufacturers use 3 pound or 4 pound. Select Foam only uses 5.3 pound because it holds, is more durable, and will not form depressions over time.
Q. Does memory foam make you hot?
A. No, quality memory foam does not make you hot.
Q. What if I cancel my order before receiving the item?
A. If we have not shipped the item you will not be billed anything. If we have already shipped the item, you will need to pay to send it back to us. If the item has not yet arrived to you and you refuse delivery, you will be billed the shipping charges. We will then refund your money.
Q. How long will my mattress last?
A. Depending on many factors, it should last at least 20 years. This is why we have a lifetime warranty on all of our beds. Toppers should last at least 8 years.
