In addition to the memory foam quilted into the Cashmere cover, there is a 2 inch layer of SELECT-HD™ 8lb Gel-infused memory foam. It has 60 percent more memory cells per square inch than other leading memory foams, which results in unparalleled support and pressure relief. SELECT-HD™ foam has been lab tested to be more durable and retain its firmness better than other premium memory foams. At the same time, it has a nice medium-soft feeling. SELECT-HD™ 8lb memory foam has also been specifically designed to be the most breathable foam on the market today.

Premium 5.3lb Support Layer

The Grandis HD™ has a support layer of 5.3 lb Gel-infused memory foam below the SELECT-HD™ 8lb comfort layer. The two layers work in conjunction to provide the highest possible level of comfort to help you rest better. The support layer is 3 inches thick, and sits above the Airflow Chamber. The Airflow Chamber also helps keep the mattress cool by dissipating the heat that flows through the memory foam layers.  The Airflow Chamber sits above the thick Orthopedic Base Foam Layer, made out of a firm, dense soy-blend foam that provides a strong base for the overlying memory foam layers.

Luxurious Cashmere Cover

The Grandis HD™ has a Cashmere Wool Cover with Microsuede borders. It is zippered and removable, for easy cleaning. Its silky soft feeling will make sleeping on this mattress even more addicting. Even with a sheet between you and the Cashmere, there is still a night and day difference between the texture of The Grandis HD™ and a traditional quilted mattress.
